Significado de la maternidad para la mujer adolescente

El presente trabajo de investigación con abordaje cualitativo diseño etnográfico metodología de análisis de James Spradley, y con el manejo de la Enfermería etnográfica que busca conocer y reconocer los significados de la comunidad a través del reconocimiento del manejo de los artefactos o las situaciones, es decir, qué se sabe, cómo se hace, y por qué lo hace. Es así como el objetivo de la investigación se encamina a describir el significado que tienen las adolescentes de la maternidad, a través de entrevistas no estructuradas en las que se indagan indirectamente las experiencias, conocimientos y pensamientos en torno a la gestación y la maternidad, para definir desde los conceptos de la comunidad adolescente cómo se expresa el significado de la maternidad. Se entrevistaron un total de nueve (9) adolescentes en posparto no mayor a cuarenta (40) días, con un promedio de 3 a 5 entrevistas por adolescente, cuyos resultados se clasificaron a través de términos incluidos es decir términos o frases comunes en las adolescentes y a través de relaciones semánticas (es una causa de…, es una forma de…, etc.) se encadena a dominios o conceptos que contienen aquellas frases comunes en las adolescentes, por ejemplo el dominio Miedo. Estos dominios son desglosados a través de las prácticas o pensamientos de las adolescentes de cómo lo hacen, para qué lo hacen, y lograr descubrir a partir de sus testimonios lo que significa para ellas la maternidad. Es así como se describe a lo largo de los resultados de la investigación, que la mujer adolescente y su familia adoptan decisiones y actitudes que se modifican desde que se conoce el proceso de gestación, el desarrollo de ésta y la experiencia del posparto. Por otro lado, es posible identificar que en el posparto las adolescentes entrevistadas encuentran la maternidad como un reto ante sí mismas y su familia, desarrollando acciones o actividades relacionadas con el cuidado consigo mismas y con su recién nacido, atendiendo a los cuidados que aprenden en el desarrollo de su experiencia temprana como madres y en el apoyo dado por la madre y en algunos casos la suegra principalmente, como guías de la crianza del recién nacido; y sobre las cuáles enfermería puede prestar un cuidado basado en la cultura, dadas las concepciones que tiene la mujer y su comunidad respecto al embarazo adolescente. / Abstract. The present research work with qualitative approach design ethnographic methodology of analysis of James Spradley, and with the management of the ethnographic nursing that seeks to know and recognize the meanings of the community through the recognition of the handling of artifacts or situations, what you know, how, and why. This is how the objective of the research is heading to describe the meaning that have adolescents motherhood, through informal interviews in which they investigate indirectly experiences, knowledge and thoughts on pregnancy and maternity, to define the concepts of the community from Teen how expresses the meaning of motherhood. Met a total of nine (9) teenagers in postpartum no more than forty (40) days, with an average of 3 to 5 interviews by teenager, whose results were classified through included terms i.e. terms or phrases common in adolescent girls and through semantic relationships (is one cause by…, it's a by…, etc.) chains to domains or concepts that contain those phrases common in adolescent girls, for example the fear domain. These domains are broken down through practices or thoughts of how girls they do, for what they do, and achieve discover from their testimonies maternity what it means for them. It is as well as describes over the results of the investigation, that the teenager woman and his family adopt decisions and attitudes to be amended since that referred to the process of gestation, its development and the experience of the post-partum. On the other hand, it is possible to identify that in the post-partum interviewed girls are motherhood as a challenge to themselves and their family, developing actions or activities related to the care with themselves and with their newborn baby, in response to care who learn in the development of its early as mothers experience and the support given by the mother and in some cases the mother primarily, as guides in the upbringing of the newborn; and on which nurses can provide a culture-based care, given the concepts that has women and their community with regard to teenage pregnancy.
