An analysis which seeks to identify, classify and connect the knowledge concerning the harmonization of models described in these proposals has therefore been carried out in this paper. This analysis is based on the four basic operations of set theory, and has permitted us to establish a definition of and the relationship between the techniques, methods and concepts discovered in harmonization of models.
