It is preferable for the first named to reign in order to elude terror and to eventually open up a space for the reinscription of the process of symbolization. This is the thematic axis of this proposal to reconsider the powers of psychoanalytic discourse in the examination of the present historical juncture.A través de los significantes inscritos en el título, el autor va desarrollando los pivotes en torno a los cuales giró este coloquio. 1793 presencia la fundación del terror para imponer la validación de la ideología que predicaba. 1993 ve retomar un movimiento nacionalista en el que la violencia parece dejarle paso al terrorismo. Conviene que reine la primera para escapar al terror y eventualmente abrir un espacio para la reinscripción del proceso de simbolización.
