The results were: most of them present some deficiencies that can support an appropriate human development, but it is worst to recognize that only a low percentage of the public spaces, seen as a system support a sustainable development. Thus, it can be reaffirmed that it is not possible to reach sustainable and human development, across the relative objectivity of a system of publics spaces for low income population. While subsists in today ’s playgrounds, the same elements, resources and urban facts.Caracterizar a un sistema de espacios públicos en poblaciones de bajos ingresos para un desarrollo sostenible, implica aproximarnos al estudio poblacional y físico espacial a partir de tres grandes unidades de análisis: el sistema moderno, el desarrollo sostenible, y el desarrollo humano.
