Description
Summary:A characterization of the systems of public spaces located in low income population’ establishments for a sustainable development, need to develop a population study and spatial physicist among three large analysis units: the modern systems, the sustainable development and the human development. The results were: most of them present some deficiencies that can support an appropriate human development, but it is worst to recognize that only a low percentage of the public spaces, seen as a system support a sustainable development. Thus, it can be reaffirmed that it is not possible to reach sustainable and human development, across the relative objectivity of a system of publics spaces for low income population. While subsists in today ’s playgrounds, the same elements, resources and urban facts.
