Quantitative survey data were obtained from 123 questionnaires completed by staff related to environmental management in the same number of companies in Bogotá, Colombia, participating in a tutoring program administered by Secretaría Distrital de Ambiente. The validity and reliability of the instruments were evaluated using factor analysis and the proposed relations were contrasted using structural equation modeling.
