In a context ofadvances and setbacks lived by Argentinian womenof that period, Grete Stern exposed –through photomontages,unusual at that time, the cracks in the patterns ofdomesticity imposed to women as well as their aspirationsand frustrations.En este trabajo de investigación analizaré desde la teoríade arte feminista las críticas al patrón doméstico querealizara la fotógrafa Grete Stern en su serie de fotomontajesaparecidos en la columna «El psicoanálisis leayudará» de la revista Idilio (1948-1951).
