Finally, a SE-30 glass column and a flame ionization detector (FID) was used for the gas chromatographic assay of ethanolamine.El presente artículo presenta los resultados obtenidos durante el desarrollo y optimización de dos metodologías analíticas, cromatografía líquida y de gases, para valorar respectivamente ácido oleico y etanolamina, materias primas empleadas en la fabricación de la solución inyectable de oleato de etanolamina BP(1). El ácido oleico se determinó por HPLC, empleando una columna WatersÃ’ para ácidos grasos, una mezcla de acetonitrilo:agua ( 46:54) como fase móvil y detección a 201 nm.
