Description
Summary:Educational institutions are now often referring children to psycho-educational processes that identify the causes of poor school performance or provide them with tools to assist them in educational process. In this process, it is essential to carry out a good psychological evaluation process to identify the difficulties of girls and boys as well as to propose and intervention that will help modify what is associated with poor academic performance. In line with the above, the demand for psycho-educational interventions that contribute to improving children school performance has been increasing considerably. In response to this and in the search for effective solutions to meet this objective, the workshop ¡APRENDIENDO! was proposed as a psycho-educational intervention for children between the ages of six and eight, aimed at strengthening initial learning skills. This study assesses the effectiveness of the intervention based on the student’s abilities and the parent’s perception of the educational process of their children.
