Summary:Fuzzy Logic System based in the fuzzy set theory is a powerful tool in analysis and processing data of mass movement phenomena, that is it able to simultaneously handle numerical data (got it in field work and laboratory test) and linguistic information (experts opinion).  Mass movement takes place due to interaction of several factors (e.g., geological, geotechnical and environmental). This work presents application of SLD to analysis and assessment of the lithology, weathering, terrain moisture and cinematic condition for each one of the main scarp sector of "EI Caminante" landslide (Chíquiza, Boyacá), The results obtained agree with actual landslide conditions, in which the lithology and structural attitude are the factors conditioning susceptibility degree to mass movement phenomena.
