Summary: | In this paper we present the results obtained during the validation of a UV spectrometric meted for the assay of codeine phosphate in tablets and in uniformity of content test. Also we report the results obtained in the validation of a reverse high performance method developed for the determination of codeine phosphate in the dissolution test and in the quality control with release purpose. As stationary bounded phase we used octadecylsilane and a mobile phase composed of acetonitrile-water-triethylamine (4,0: 95,9 : 0,1). The detection was performed at 230 nm. |
