Estas dimensiones permiten categorizar los factores de éxito identificados y analizar dos casos: uno en el Valle del Cauca, Colombia; y otro en Gatersleben, Sajonia-Anhalt, Alemania. (Texto tomado de la fuente)This research takes into account the incidence of clusters in the biotechnology sector in increasing innovation capacities within companies, and in this context, proposes a Conceptual Macro Model of Success Factors for an innovation cluster system in biotechnology, which is made up of three dimensions of analysis: Spatial, which brings together the particularities of the geographical space in which the cluster is located (politics, society, economy, territory); Structural, which refers to the components of the sector and; Functional, which accounts for the functions necessary for innovation. These dimensions allow us to categorize the identified success factors and analyze two cases: one in Valle del Cauca, Colombia; and another in Gatersleben, Saxony-Anhalt, Germany.
