A numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the main result.En este artículo consideramos un sistema depredador-presa discreto no autónomo con tasa de mortalidad no constante. Damos condiciones sucientes para que el sistema sea disipativo y permanente. Usando el Teorema de Continuación basado en el grado de coincidencia de Gaines y Mawhin, estudiamos la existencia de soluciones periódicas positivas cuando los coecientes del sistema son periódicos.
