| Summary: | The objective of this article is to acknowledge the violation of the human rights of victims of sexual abuse, on the basis of a review of the legislation and main rulings issued by the Colombian Supreme Court of Justice and the Constitutional Court, as well as by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. This issue is of great interdisciplinary relevance since victims require the support of professionals from the fields of law, forensic medicine, psychology, and social work so that their rights are recognized and valued by society and the administration of justice. |
