Description
Summary:Having the "analysing candidate" lie down on the diva, is an act that concerns the analyst; its function is the suppression of  the rejection (Ablehnung) that aftects a point of repression that has to do with the relation of the subject to the fault of the real father. If this is not the case, this point of repression wouldn't be within reach of the analysis, no failure of enjoyment could possibly take place, and it would restrict the liberty of the analyst to lead the cure. The author bases himself on Freud's Clinic in order to unveil the juncture to be treated during the preliminary interviews: only the substitution of the enjoyment (jouissance) of an all-analysis for the truth of a not-all-analysis can make this rejection yield up, assuring the subject, in the transference, with a point of exception capable of founding his lack-of-being as the reason of being.
