This new paradigm would be in a “construction process” and its theoretical-methodological framework would basically feed from the formulation and running of the current Bolivarian Missions, driven by the revolutionary project frame under which the Venezuelans have been living since the beginning of the XXI century.El siguiente documento tiene como propósito exponer diferentes concepciones y elementos constitutivos de la política social desarrollados en América Latina, en particular en Venezuela, durante el siglo pasado. De este modo, se busca ofrecer algunas de las características claves para esbozar un nuevo paradigma de política social pertinente para las actuales condiciones histórico-culturales, político-institucionales y socio-económicas de este país.
