Objetivo: Formular un plan de cuidados de enfermería para la atención de pacientes neurocríticos, disponible para su uso en una aplicación móvil. Método: Estudio cuantitativo con diseño descriptivo desarrollado a lo largo de tres fases que se conformaron por una revisión integrativa para el mapeo de intervenciones de enfermería; la formulación de un plan de cuidados a partir de la evidencia y los postulados de la teoría de la competencia tecnológica como cuidado de enfermería (TCCNI) y por último el diseño de un prototipo funcional de una aplicación móvil, para la transferencia del plan de cuidados. Resultados: A partir de 6 bases de datos consultadas se obtuvieron 669 registros de los cuales fueron seleccionados 12 artículos, que aportaron las intervenciones de enfermería. La formulación del plan de cuidados se hizo en base al instrumento de TCCNI y las intervenciones aportadas por la evidencia, categorizadas en seis grupos de la siguiente forma: valoración neurológica no invasiva, valoración neurológica invasiva, monitorización hemodinámica en favor de la perfusión cerebral, cuidados con la vía aérea en favor de la perfusión cerebral, cuidados relacionados con la movilización y cuidados de la glicemia en favor de la perfusión cerebral; transferidos al diseño de un prototipo funcional de la aplicación móvil “Cuidado Neurocrítico”. Conclusiones: El diseño del prototipo funcional de una herramienta virtual, que involucra la formulación de un plan de cuidados de enfermería para la atención de pacientes neurocríticos, fundamentado en el instrumento de TCCNI permitió el anclaje entre el mundo tecnológico y el conocimiento de enfermería; para aportar al logro de los mejores resultados clínicos posibles en este grupo de pacientes. (Texto tomado de la fuente)Introduction: The implementation of nursing care plans to achieve the best clinical outcomes in patients, have positioned care as an object of study that seeks to describe initiatives and strategies to nursing professionals to provide individualized services through innovation processes mediated by technological resources, which has provided quick consultation tools for decision making in the development of daily activities. Objective: To formulate a nursing care plan for the care of neurocritical patients, available for use in a mobile application. Method: Quantitative study with descriptive design developed in three phases that consisted of an integrative review for the mapping of nursing interventions; the formulation of a care plan based on the evidence and the postulates of the theory of technological competence as nursing care (TCCNI) and finally the design of a functional prototype of a mobile application for the transfer of the care plan. Results: From 6 databases consulted, 669 records were obtained, from which 12 articles were selected, which provided the nursing interventions. The formulation of the care plan was made on the basis of the TCCNI instrument and the interventions provided by the evidence, categorized into six groups as follows: noninvasive neurological assessment, invasive neurological assessment, hemodynamic monitoring in favor of cerebral perfusion, airway care in favor of cerebral perfusion, care related to mobilization and glycemia care in favor of cerebral perfusion; transferred to the design of a functional prototype of the "Neurocritical Care" mobile application.
