Estudios sobre la respuesta inmune a las vacunas muestran un aumento en marcadores inflamatorios, algunos similares a COVID-19 severa. Algunos pacientes generan el síndrome post-vacuna de COVID-19, se ha propuesto que una respuesta inflamatoria persistente y la disfunción del nervio vago como explicación. La medicina neuralterapéutica puede ser usada para la regulación del sistema nervioso. Presentación de casos. Caso 1: Paciente femenina de 52 años con dolor crónico con aumento del dolor musculoesquelético posterior a la segunda dosis contra COVID-19. Caso 2: Paciente femenina de 73 años con dolor crónico en miembros superiores posterior a recibir vacunación contra COVID-19. Caso 3: Paciente femenina de 75 años con aparición de dolor en miembro superior derecho, rodillas y zona lumbar posterior a la vacunación contra COVID-19. Después del tratamiento con medicina neuralterapéutica hubo disminución del dolor en los tres casos. Conclusión. El dolor musculoesquelético posterior a vacunación contra COVID-19 es un efecto adverso que puede aparecer en partes distantes al sitio de vacunación. Los reportes de caso presentados describen la utilización de la medicina neuralterapéutica como una herramienta para el tratamiento de los síntomas post-vacunación. (Texto tomado de la fuente).Vaccination against SARS-Cov-2 has decreased the rate of infection, severity, and mortality rate from COVID-19. Studies on the immune response to vaccines show increased inflammatory markers, some similar to severe COVID-19. Some patients develop post-COVID-19 vaccine syndrome, a persistent inflammatory response, and vagus nerve dysfunction have been proposed as an explanation. Neuraltherapeutic medicine can be used for the regulation of the nervous system. Presentation of cases. Case 1: 52-year-old female patient with chronic pain with increased musculoskeletal pain after the second dose against COVID-19. Case 2: 73-year-old female patient with chronic pain in the upper limbs after receiving vaccination against COVID-19. Case 3: 75-year-old female patient with pain in the right upper limb, knees, and lower back after vaccination against COVID-19. After treatment with neuraltherapeutic medicine, there was a decrease in pain in all three cases. Conclusion. Musculoskeletal pain after vaccination against COVID-19 is an adverse effect that can appear in parts distant from the vaccination site.
