Con eso en mente se abordó la problemática de que se puede considerar factores críticos para las empresas que tomen el camino de incorporar ERP en sus tecnologías de información. Dicha pregunta de investigación se responde a través de una metodología mixta, utilizando cuestionarios y validando por medio de un grupo de expertos, los factores encontrados en la literatura. Estos son agrupados en un marco de referencia tecnológico, organizacional y ambiental (TOE), donde se identificaron 10 factores críticos para implementar sistemas ERP en industrias colombianas. With that in mind, the problem that can be considered critical factors for companies that take the path of incorporating ERP into their information technologies was addressed. This research question is answered through a mixed methodology, using questionnaires and validating by means of a group of experts, the factors found in the literature.
