The Peronist government intervention in relation to public housing was not restricted to physical dimension; it also redefined social relationships and political spaces. In those housing complexes the essential concerns where, among others, the access to a good quality of life and its integration to the city and its equipments.Este texto se plantea el análisis de la problemática de la vivienda y de los espacios de sociabilidad en relación con la producción de alternativas formales, tipológicas y tecnológicas que conforman un patrimonio vulnerable marplatense construido entre los años 1946 y 1955 por el gobierno peronista.
