| Summary: | The research Universidad Nacional of Colombia in Palmira, with altitude 1000 msnm, temperature mean of 24°C.; humidity relative of 70%. The qualitative analysis of seed gave the size were the factor important to emergency; the seed large emergence more quickly. The storage of the seed in refrigerator, at room temperature were indifferent for the percentage of emergence. The aplication of policloruro de dinitrobenceno (Brasicol al 5%) presented negative effects in the emergency of seed. When sowing the seed after the harvest were obtained the high percentage the emergence. |
