Description
Summary:This article analyzes management as a self-organized system, in which the manager sees himself as a member of the organization he manages. He builds on the contributions of Gothard Gunther, who developed a Loqical system of multiple values, Lars Lofgren, who proposed the notion of 'autology', and Francisco Varela, who expanded the calculus of indications of G. Spencer-Brown, transforming in into the calculus of self-indication. Von Foerster broadens the notion of autology and presents a general interpretation of the concept of computations based on trivial and non-trivial machines, in order to broadly develop the calculus of recursives. The article concludes with the application of those ideas to the analysis of self-organization in the socioadministrative context.
