Climate change is the main global challenge humanity is currently facing, generating decreased agricultural productivity, increased water stress, exposure to climate disasters, ecosystem collapse, and increased health risks. The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in the report carried out in 2007 highlights the effects on the quality of life of people in the face of climate change, by generating the greenhouse effect, migration of animal species, alteration of cycles biogeochemicals, increasingly extreme weather phenomena, among others; In the same way, conventional agricultural practices generate potentially harmful exposures of farmers towards significant changes in climatic conditions, high levels of greenhouse gas emissions, changes in atmospheric CO2 concentrations, increase in global temperature, deterioration of water quality and extreme weather events such as severe floods, droughts and sea level rise. Objective: To determine the bibliometric characteristics of the scientific publications published in the databases that can be accessed in the National Library System (SINAB), on the impact of climate change on the working conditions of the agricultural sector. Method: Based on the search equations structured from the bibliometric descriptors and the Boolean operators, the exploration was carried out in six databases available in the SINAB. Articles that met the inclusion criteria were selected and a bibliometric analysis of them was performed. Results: Once the search filters were applied, 64 articles analyzed within the variables established in the search and selection protocol were obtained. Conclusions: The interest in research on climate change and its effects on working conditions in the agricultural sector are of vital importance to deal with this global phenomenon, in addition to considering climate change as an emerging risk factor that makes it difficult to meet the Goals. of Sustainable Development.
