The information is obtained from a sample taken from four companies in the service sector in Colombia. first, the study is based on a literature review where the main modalities and types of flexible work are identified, as well as their main theories, benefits, and negative consequences that their access implies. Second, this study applies a qualitative and quantitative method for data collection and analysis; where these data were examined and compared through a structural model in which the factors were classified according to the levels represented by the ecological systems theory. Finally, the results conclude that sociodemographic aspects, such as gender, place of residence and family aspect or even vehicular mobility influence the employee to choose between the work modality over where to work, in other words, a flexibility of the workplace and the flexible hours mode or Flextime. Therefore, guidelines and recommendations are presented to implement a flexible work arrangement that facilitates business decision-making through a negotiation model between employer and employee.Incluye anexosMaestríaMagíster en AdministraciónGestión de recursos humanosxii, 171 páginasapplication/pdfspaUniversidad Nacional de ColombiaBogotá - Ciencias Económicas - Maestría en AdministraciónFacultad de Ciencias EconómicasBogotá, ColombiaUniversidad Nacional de Colombia - Sede Bogotá650 - Gerencia y servicios auxiliares::658 - Gerencia generalTeoría de los Sistemas EcológicosNegociaciónFactoresAcuerdos de trabajo flexibleNegotiationFactorsFlexible work arrangementsEcological systems theoryCondiciones de empleoSector terciarioRelaciones laboralesService industriesConditions of employmentLabour relationsFactores que influyen en los empleados a la hora de acceder o elegir un acuerdo de trabajo flexible en organizaciones del sector servicios en ColombiaFactors that influence employees when accessing or choosing a flexible work arrangement in service sector organizations in ColombiaTrabajo de grado - Maestríainfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/acceptedVersionTexthttp://purl.org/redcol/resource_type/TMColombiahttp://vocab.getty.edu/page/tgn/1000050Aguilar, S.
