The distintive charateristic is the-fusion between representation and intervention based on the relationschips between the groups of interest and the goverment. This article distinguishes the originalityof the pointofviewof Antonio García, who presented this theory since 1948, on its esential contents under colombian's experience. The actual Neocorporatist theory Works under the international experience. The ideal scheme for this thoughtful consideration as an analytical instrument, is the organizational system of the coffee sector, The National Coffee Federation, central axis of the system, for 60 years demostrated great efficiency in dealing relations between the state goverment and the anagement of the international strategy with the coffee world. Característica de éstos es haber internacionalizado la economía a través de mecanismos como las Corporaciones Multinacionales. Los conceptos o precondiciones para la existencia del Neo-Corporativismo son la concentración de intereses y la intervención del Estado. Su rasgo característico es la fusión entre representación e intervención, en la relación entre grupos de interés y el Estado. Se destaca en este artículo la originalidad del pensamiento de Antonio García quien había presentado esta teoría, desde 1948, en su contenido esencial, a la luz de la experiencia colombiana. La teoría neo-corporativa actual trabaja sobre la experiencia internacional. El tipo ideal para esta reflexión, como instrumento analítico, es el Sistema de Organizaciones del Sector Cafetero. La Federación Nacional de Cafeteros, eje central del sistema, ha demostrado durante 60 años gran eficacia en el manejo de sus relaciones con el Estado y la gestión de la estrategia internacional con el mundo cafetero.
