Description
Summary:The present research project proposes to make some contributions to the School Environment Project (SEP) of the LITECOM Technical and Technical Educational Institution and specifically to its curricular transversality process, since it is essential that in the institutional context the spaces for the joint work of the different areas of knowledge in the search for solutions to the different problems that underlie the dynamics of the institution. One of the problems that occur in this context of the LITECOMian educational community is the inadequate management of their solid waste, which could generate the non-achievement of some institutional objectives. In search of solving this problem and at the same time bringing and familiarizing students with concepts and values in natural sciences and other areas, we propose a qualitative research to a transversal work is proposed to develop with the teachers and students of the eighth grade of the institution and thus give it a better management of the solid waste that is generated through a teaching propose by solving problems.
