La lesión nerviosa posterior anestesia regional es una de las complicaciones mas temidas, afortunadamente con incidencia baja y resolución espontanea en la mayor parte de los casos. En nuestro trabajo buscamos describir los factores relacionados con dicho evento, así como incidencia.
