description El proyecto “Haceres y Saberes Ancestrales en Cuatro Municipios del Cañón del Chicamocha: Identificación y Valoración”, pretende hacer un recorrido para recoger la herencia cultural que en los oficios de Cocina tradicional, Cantería, Trabajo de construcción en Tapia pisada y Elaboración de productos a base de Fique se han preservado hasta el día de hoy en una región que no ha tenido un desarrollo socioeconómico ni equitativo, ni sostenible. Los oficios tradicionales que se identifican y valoran, darán pie a la elaboración de herramientas como talleres y cartillas audiovisuales para escolares en las áreas rurales de los municipios de estudio. La apropiación social del patrimonio cultural en las comunidades afectadas por este trabajo, será otro de los resultados a que aspira la presente investigación

La apropiación social del patrimonio cultural en las comunidades afectadas por este trabajo, será otro de los resultados a que aspira la presente investigaciónThe project "Ancestral Activities and Knowledge in Four Municipalities of the Chicamocha Canyon: Identification and Assessment", aims to make a journey to collect the cultural heritage that in the trades of traditional cuisine, stonemasonry, construction work in Tapia pisada and Manufacture of products to base of Fique have been preserved to this day in a region that has not had socioeconomic, equitable, or sustainable development. The traditional trades that are identified and valued will give rise to the development of tools such as workshops and audiovisual primers for schoolchildren in the rural areas of the study municipalities.
