El proyecto que se presenta a continuación trata sobre el diseño y elaboración de un prototipo de aplicación web para la gestión y realización de trámites de cambio de propietario y muestra de índices sobre mapas del Área Metropolitana de Bucaramanga. En el desarrollo del proyecto se usan tecnologías y herramientas de manejo y visualización de datos, con una interfaz de usuario minimalista y limpia para el uso de las personas promedio y funcionarios de la entidad. El prototipo que se desarrolló, tiene en cuenta a dos tipos de usuarios, el primero es el funcionario, el cual estará adscrito a la entidad y será el responsable de solicitar actualizaciones de supernotariado, subir la documentación requerida en formato XML para su inspección y aceptar o negar solicitudes de actualización de propietario, que hacen los ciudadanos, el segundo usuario, es el ciudadano promedio, el cual podrá acceder con un usuario y contraseña que haya creado en el portal, y podrá solicitar actualización de propietario además de subir la documentación que lo acredite como dueño o apoderado para realizar el trámite. |

BIBLIOGRAFÍA 2PregradoThe project presented below deals with the design and development of a web application prototype for the management and implementation of change of ownership procedures and sample indexes on maps of the Bucaramanga Metropolitan Area. In the development of the project, data management and visualization technologies and tools are used, with a minimalist and clean user interface for the use of average people and officials of the entity.
