description Con el fin de traer a conocimiento de la vida cotidiana se pretende conceptualizar y definir el Principio de Confianza Legítima, es importante tener en cuenta que este puede generar un gran aporte a que signifique un cambio paulatino y planeado en las decisiones que intervienen directamente en las expectativas de los administrados; teniendo en cuenta que el mencionado principio de manera particular radica en una muestra especifica de la buena fe la cual se presume y que por ende debe necesariamente regir dentro de la relación entre las autoridades y los particulares, teniendo en cuenta la necesidad que tienen los ciudadanos de ser protegidos ante los distintos actos ilegales, inesperados, o improvisados, realizados por una actuación que se encuentra totalmente reglamentada y que en legítimo derecho constitucional la administración goza de dicho mandato, su importancia se muestra en el carácter conciliador, ajustable para los asuntos en que la administración por parte de los entes gubernamentales, en su posición de autoridad ya sea por acción u omisión ha establecido posibilidades y escenarios favorables a los administrados y de forma fortuita elimina esas condiciones.
