description El presente estudio tiene como objetivo establecer la eficacia y seguridad de diferentes dispositivos endovasculares, según la posición anatómica del aneurisma. Metodología: En una cohorte retrospectiva con una base de datos anonimizada, pacientes con diagnóstico de sacular intracraneal no roto aneurismas fueron llevados a terapia endovascular entre 2014 y 2021. Resultados: Oclusión con Raymond Roy inmediato I - II estuvo presente en el 99,2% de los pacientes en todas las localizaciones y en 96,2% a los 12 meses de seguimiento. Las complicaciones ocurrieron con mayor frecuencia (35%) en la parte anterior arteria cerebral (ACA) y la arteria carótida interna en su segmento oftálmico (25%), pero sin ninguna diferencia estadísticamente significativa. Conclusión: Este estudio muestra la ausencia de un diferencia en el riesgo y eficacia en el tratamiento de aneurismas no rotos intracraneales utilizando stents y coils relacionados con su ubicación.
