Analizando la historia del Municipio de Inzá, se ha evidenciado la implementación de varios planes de mejoramiento por parte del Sistema Integral de Auditorias debido a la mala rendición de información consistente en el desconocimiento de los procedimientos, para tal fin, se analiza que esta entidad territorial requiere con urgencia la elaboración de un manual de procedimientos, que propendan por mejorar y optimizar los recursos tanto logísticos como humanos que garanticen cumplir con objetividad y calidad la rendición de dichos informes. Con la elaboración del presente manual el personal del área financiera del Municipio de Inzá Cauca, contará con una herramienta de trabajo que dinamice las funciones de cada uno, además de no causar traumatismos a la hora de rotación del personal, ya que en el Municipio de Inzá se implementó la planta única. Por consiguiente mi práctica académica la enfocaré en desarrollar un Manual de Procedimientos en el área financiera del Municipio de Inzá Cauca |

With the preparation of this manual, the staff of the financial area of the Municipality of Inzá Cauca will have a work tool that streamlines the functions of each one, in addition to not causing trauma when it comes to staff rotation, since in the Municipality of Inzá the single plant was implemented.
