description El presente proyecto se originó debido a la intención de Codiesel S.A. de mejorar su sistema productivo y posicionar su marca dentro del mercado regional, con la apertura de una sucursal en Bucaramanga, en donde se ofrecerán servicios automotrices enfocados en el mantenimiento preventivo. Es con base a esta idea que nació la necesidad de realizar un análisis financiero que estudiara la factibilidad de montar este taller bajo el nombre de “chevy Express” en el área metropolitana de Bucaramanga y decidir así, no solo la conveniencia estratégica de este proyecto, sino su viabilidad financiera. Para la elaboración del estudio, se recopiló información suministrada por Codiesel S.A., donde se expresan las expectativas que la empresa tiene con respecto al proyecto; que van desde los costos de la construcción y del lote hasta las proyecciones de las ventas esperadas de vehículos y de los gastos generales, donde el valor agregado será la proyección de los estados financieros y el estudio respectivo de su viabilidad. Por último, la importancia del estudio realizado es la de demostrar a la empresa Codiesel S.A., los resultados esperados del montaje de esta sucursal tomando como base sus expectativas.

It is based on this idea that the need to carry out a financial analysis was born to study the feasibility of setting up this workshop under the name of "chevy Express" in the Bucaramanga metropolitan area and thus decide, not only the strategic convenience of this project, but its financial viability.
