Mostrando a través de cuatro personajes conocedores del tema automotor en el país, y conocedores que defienden y hablan acerca de las victimas que se ven involucradas en accidentes de transito por falta de seguridad pasiva de los mismos vehículos teniendo como resultado en muchas de las ocasiones victimas fatales.
