description Las estadísticas de las últimas décadas señalan un panorama negativo frente al aumento de trastornos mentales y la poca eficacia de las Psicoterapias Tradicionales que lo abordan, por lo que se plantea la necesidad de nuevas estrategias innovadoras, en este caso, Psicoterapias orientadas espiritualmente que permitan resultados óptimos en menor tiempo y de mayor duración en el tiempo. La revisión documental sobre el tema señala las ventajas y efectos positivos que pueden encauzar estas psicoterapias, sin embargo, se hace necesario un mayor abordaje del mismo, especialmente en nuestro contexto nacional.
