description El análisis del clima organizacional de Universus S.A: se realizó entre los meses de Noviembre de 1998 y Julio de 1999, planteando como objetivos principales del estudio la realización de un diagnóstico del clima organizacional en la compañía Universus S.A., y la búsqueda de soluciones que conduzcan a mejorarlo. Para abordar metodológicamente el estudio, se realiza una descripción amplia de las teorías sobre la motivación, la sustentación teórica del clima organizacional y algunos modelos de análisis del clima organizacional que nos permita compararlos con el modelo propuesto y así poder determinar él diagnóstico real del clima organizacional en la compañía. La metodología propuesta, permite dar el soporte estadístico mediante el cual es posible establecer el perfil del diagnóstico del conjunto de factores contemplados en el modelo propuesto "Hacia un clima organizacional plenamente gratificante", realizando un análisis por factor que permita determinar cuales de los factores del clima organizacional de la compañía Universus S.A., constituyen fortalezas y debilidades de la empresa, encontrando las estrategias administrativas que permitan transformar dichas debilidades en fortalezas para la organización.

The main objectives of the study were to diagnose the organizational climate at Universus S.A. and to find solutions to improve it. To methodologically address the study, a broad description of the theories on motivation, the theoretical foundation of the organizational climate, and some organizational climate analysis models are provided. This allows us to compare them with the proposed model and thus determine the true diagnosis of the organizational climate in the company. The proposed methodology provides the statistical support needed to establish a diagnostic profile based on the set of factors considered in the proposed model "Toward a Fully Rewarding Organizational Climate."
