Es necesario que se adopte el uso de las TIC y se ajuste la actividad judicial a las herramientas tecnológicas para que la administración de justicia sea más eficaz para los usuarios, esto proyectado desde el respeto y garantía de los derechos de la dignidad humana, debido proceso y cumplimiento de los plazos razonables para la solución del litigio, para los ciudadanos que acuden a la jurisdicción con la convicción de encontrar una respuesta jurídica en el menor tiempo posible. Actualmente los procesos judiciales son un objeto físico o piezas escritas en donde se registran los actos judiciales de las partes y de los órganos de la autoridad, ordenadas cronológicamente y foliadas en forma de libro, provistas de una carátula destinada a su individualización. Por tal motivo para que se lleve una comunicación efectiva entre el despacho y las partes, el usuario debe acercarse a las instalaciones para conocer las decisiones adoptadas y obtener copias si lo desea, conllevando a que los despachos se encuentren congestionados debido a la gran cantidad de usuarios a la espera de ser atendidos y los empleados judiciales tolerando malos tratos e inconformismos en cuanto a la atención prestada. |

Currently, judicial processes are a physical object or written pieces where the judicial acts of the parties and the bodies of authority are recorded, arranged chronologically and foliated in the form of a book, provided with a cover for individualization.
