El sindicalismo a través de la historia y como consecuencia social ha logrado grandes conquistas y se ha desarrollado cada vez con más fuerza. Hoy en día estas congregaciones de personas se han convertido en organizaciones sindicales, como tales y para su constitución y desarrollo deben tener una dirección, por esto necesitan de una Junta Directiva la que para su formación y elección tiene que cumplir algunos requisitos mínimos para representar a la organización sindical. A lo largo de la historia, el hombre animal gregario ha buscado en sus congresos el apoyo que le dicta su propio y normal instinto. Se agrupó el hombre para ser, para subsistir y para crecer. Se crea el hombre en unidades familiares y luego lo hace unidades cada vez más complejas. Se une el hombre para desarrollos imposibles, haciéndolo primero como artesano y luego como trabajador. |
