Este trabajo pretende compendiar en la visión de su autor, el panorama actual de la jusficia, que ha exigido de diferentes gobiernos la proposición de tímidas reformas en su mayoría frustradas pero avaladas con las buenas intenciones de nuestros dirigentes.
