No había entonces en la ciudad estudios de Derecho, y con su creación se buscaba colmar un vacío.It is the 25th anniversary of the founding of the UNAB Law School. The event occurred during my three-year absence, when I traveled to the former USSR at the end of 1970 to work for the Colombian Embassy, in the Pastrana Borrero Administration. I expressed by letter to the President of the Board of Directors Mr. Armando Puyana Puyana some doubts about the initiative, which was supported by him and other management colleagues.
