description El objetivo de este trabajo es ofrecer un curso virtual de “Excel para Contadores”. Está compuesto por los temas básicos para aprender el manejo de herramientas sus funciones y sus aplicaciones en los servicios contables. Está enmarcado en un ambiente virtual de aprendizaje (AVA) diseñado para que el estudiante pueda adquirir las habilidades en el manejo del programa Excel como herramienta ideal para el trabajo con hojas contables. El curso está divido por unidades con el fin de facilitar el aprendizaje y avanzar progresivamente en el estudio con la guía y asesoría de los tutores facilitadores quienes acompañan a los estudiantes durante todo el proceso. El curso propone una metodología participativa asegurando el uso de diferentes herramientas Web 2.0 que ayudan a una mejor comprensión lo cual se evidenció por medio del análisis de datos en los resultados de las evaluaciones.

It is made of basic topics in order to help the student to learn the correct use of the calculation tools their functions and their applications in accounting services. It is framed on a learning management system design for the student to acquire the skills to use the Excel software as the perfect tool to work with accounting worksheets.
