Son aplicables independientemente de la raza, color, sexo u otra distinción y no pueden ser objeto de supresión o negación por los gobiernos, las personas o los individuos.When we speak of human rights we refer to “those freedoms, immunities and benefits that, according to our contemporary values, all human beings should be able to claim “as a right” from the society in which they live. Claims, which are invariably based on ethics and should be supported by law, made to society, especially its official leaders, by individuals or groups due to their human condition.
