description	La investigación es un proceso mediante el cual, el investigador obtiene conocimiento acerca de la realidad. Por tanto, para llevar a cabo esta tarea se utilizó un modelo general de acercamiento a la realidad (método científico) y operarlo, utilizando como herramienta a la metodología de la investigación para obtener datos del objeto de estudio, para el caso el CERES (Centros Regionales de educación superior) de La Esperanza -Norte de Santander - Proyecto avalado por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional. Este proyecto pretende aportar elementos para realizar dicha revisión de una manera rápida, haciendo notar las relaciones entre las diferentes partes componentes del proyecto. Con lo cual se busca tener un conocimiento acerca de los mismos y el diseño para implementar nuevos procesos que apunten al fortalecimiento del CERES anteriormente mencionado, con el ánimo de lograr una solidez y sostenibilidad del mismo.
