A futuro ensamblar la primera cohorte de registros epidemiológicos en la población escolar de Santander.

A futuro ensamblar la primera cohorte de registros epidemiológicos en la población escolar de Santander.Childhood obesity is a complex chronic disease whose phenotypic expression appears in an environment that offers a hypercaloric diet and promotes sedentary lifestyle, its impact on health is known and predisposes early mortality in adulthood. This descriptive study aims to characterize a student population of a public school institution in Bucaramanga, define the prevalence of obesity and identify the associated factors.
