Deseo de todo corazón, que ustedes dentro de estas sencillas palabras, encuentren un verdadero fundamento boliviano y una ansía de justicia que, como Diógenes, andamos buscando en un peregrinaje que dura más de 100 años por el mundo entero.Trying to include in this exhibition the Bolivian rights on the return to the Pacific Ocean, would not only be a daring claim on my part, but also an arid undertaking where we would find too many antecedents, a description of long and tedious facts, a perhaps fallible historical interpretation and some consequences with details that, I am sure, would tire such a select audience. That is not my intention.
