Para la elaboración de este proyecto y cumpliendo con los objetivos planteados se utilizó la metodología descriptiva de tipo mixta, no probabilístico por conveniencia. En el primer objetivo se realizó un diagnóstico del sistema turístico del municipio de El Socorro, identificado los aspectos positivos y negativos del mismo; en el segundo objetivo se planteó un análisis de la oferta y la demanda turística del municipio con el propósito de identificar el nicho de mercado y la aceptación del nuevo producto; por último se realizó el diseño de la ruta agroturística del café “AGRO-CAFÉ”, aplicando una fichas de caracterización a las fincas con sus potenciales agroturísticos, generando el logo de la ruta, el folleto publicitario, el mapa turístico, el itinerario y el guion interpretativo de la ruta. De esta manera aportar a la economía y cultura del territorio.
