El presente trabajo de grado resume el desarrollo de la práctica jurídico social realizada como modalidad de grado en la Alcaldía de Bucaramanga, específicamente en la Secretaría de Educación municipal, dentro de las áreas de Fondo prestacional y Oficina jurídica y cuyo enfoque se orienta en dar a conocer la investigación, planeación, desarrollo e implementación de un procedimiento efectivo para la realización del cobro de los reconocimientos económicos derivados de las incapacidades superiores a 180 días de los docentes adscritos al fondo nacional de prestaciones sociales del magisterio, así como el apoyo presentado en la entidad para la optimización del trámite para la expedición de actos administrativos que reconozcan el derecho a la pensión de invalidez de los docentes en el menor tiempo posible. De igual modo, en el presente informe se expondrán de manera detallada las diferentes gestiones efectuadas durante los cuatro meses de duración de la práctica, las cuales tuvieron como finalidad presentar una contribución en cada una de las diligencias y trámites propios de la Secretaría de Educación de Bucaramanga, permitiendo así disminuir la cantidad de procesos surtidos dentro de la entidad estatal y beneficiando a los docentes, directivos docentes y administrativos que conforman la planta del municipio. |
