In this way it’s postulated for the present: The relation legal reasoning –theory of law, the binomial validity– applicability of legal norms, the moments of justification of judicial decision and the ways in which the legal reasoning related with disagreements between lawyers.Siendo la argumentación jurídica heredera de las teorías de la decisión judicial y, por lo tanto, de la teoría jurídica, sobrevienen como campos de actuación el análisis de como los problemas de la teoría jurídica postpositivista afectan los momentos de justificación de la decisión judicial.
