description A partir de un estudio de factibilidad en la ciudad de Bucaramanga se analizan factores de mercadeo, administrativo, legal y financiero. Se identifica la posibilidad de brindar a los habitantes una solución para el lavado de sus vehículos por medio de métodos de lavado diseñados para entregar un vehículo limpio comparable en resultados con el lavado tradicional y minimizando el consumo de agua. Se estableció una capacidad instalada de 30.660 automóviles lavados al año con un precio de venta al consumidor de $ 36.823 pesos siendo un precio muy competitivo para el servicio que se brinda frente al mercado. En el estudio financiero se determinó la inversión contando con recursos propios del 12,80% y un crédito equivalente al 85,34%, se revisa el movimiento de los estados financieros, flujo de caja, estado de pérdidas y ganancias para las decisiones del negocio. Finalmente se analiza la TIR obtenida es del 64,96% sin tener las excepciones de la deducción de renta (Ley 223/09 Art. 424 y Art. 428) y disminución del pago de alcantarillado en más de 90%.

The possibility of providing the inhabitants with a solution for washing their vehicles through washing methods designed to deliver a clean vehicle comparable in results with traditional washing and minimizing water consumption is identified. An installed capacity of 30.660 cars washed per year was established with a consumer sale price of $ 36.823 pesos, being a very competitive price for the service provided compared to the market. In the financial study, the investment was determined with own resources of 12,80% and a credit equivalent to 85,34%, the movement of the financial statements, cash flow, profit and loss statement for business decisions is reviewed.
