Diseño de un plan de negocios para la creación de una empresa en automatización, seguridad y control de edificios en Bucaramanga y su área metropolitana

En la actualidad existen una gran cantidad de nuevas tecnologías que se pueden incorporar al hogar, ofreciendo a sus habitantes contar con altos niveles de confort, seguridad y ahorro energético entre otros beneficios, estas características permiten aumentar el atractivo de las construcciones a la vez que se pueden identificar como un elemento diferenciador de las mismas, ya que aunque cada vez el número de edificaciones que ofrecen estas cualidades es mayor, aún son muchas que no cuentan con estos servicios. Es por esto que nace la idea de crear ALL INSIDE SERVICES, en donde el cliente principal son las empresas constructoras ubicadas en Bucaramanga y su área metropolitana que le apuestan a la fabricación de proyectos cada vez más modernos, en donde no solo se benefician sus ocupantes, sino también el medio ambiente. En este documento se realiza toda la etapa previa a la creación de la empresa, en donde se incluye el análisis del sector, en su dimensión macro y micro, la investigación del mercado para generar un plan de mercadeo con la propuesta de valor y el portafolio de servicios, seguido a esto se elabora el análisis técnico, análisis administrativo, legal, financiero, estratégico y finalmente el análisis del impacto ambiental y social.

This document shows all of the previous stages to the creation of the enterprise; sector analysis; marketing research; technical analysis; administrative; legal; and financial; by the end the analysis of the environmental and social impact.
